Body shape is formed by muscle – without it you get an anorectic skin-bone appearance; with muscle covered by fat you can't see real shape just a flabby mass all around.

Get rid of the fat, maintain, gain lean body tissue-muscle and you become tight, toned, firm, well shaped.

It would be as simple as that if it wasn't complicated to work simultaneously on two opposing goals – reduce fat mass and at the same time keep muscle untouched.

Complicated?

Well, maybe you don't need no knowledge nore experience of personal trainer, having strong will and determination you can get more active, spend extra energy per day, cut down daily calories intake and keep it going!
