Success through healthy eating habits

Food is a critical part of human existence. It is not given the status that it deserves in terms of influencing how successful an individual becomes. Watching what you eat will help you to keep in shape and also improve your mental capabilities. These are now indisputable facts that are supported by lots of research. The research has gone so far as to suggest that food has the ability to lock and unlock genetic material. This simply means food can cause a change in the mental and physical characteristics of an individual at the DNA level. It has been demonstrated that food can cause agouti mice to change from being prone to cancer, fat and yellow to being Brown and skinny. This is not news to tech savvy moms who would have encountered this at prenatal care sites.

Swedish scientists documented the link between long life and abundance of food. According to their findings, the more food that the grandfather had access to the earlier the grandchild is likely to die. The cause of the death would be heart disease and diabetes.

The case has been made that the more conscious we are of the food we eat, the better quality of life we live. Then it should also be true that food can influence the characteristics that increase success such as confidence, even when you are playing video games, online gaming, driving, going to the gym, you must eat the right food. Worker bees and Queen Bees are genetically identically but have different diets. The difference in diet results in the vast physical and behavioural changes. This is because the “jelly” that the Queen bees are fed suppresses the default gene. That gene is the one that turns all the other bees into worker bees.

As science continues to progress maybe we will be able to unlock a lucky gene. Then we can win some life changing jackpots that make self-preservation even more worthwhile. Until then the evidence suggests that eating smaller quantities of more organic food is key to a more successful life.
