Personal Training

You don't have to be a personal trainer or a doctor to know what testosterone is – it's got something to do with manhood, competitiveness, male sexual potency – alpha male features, right? It should be desired by all men and men with high levels of it should be on demand then... But in our society it’s not always mentioned in a positive context, especially when used in relation to bodybuilding...

Why is the source of manful men not always appreciated then?

Well, first of all our society has become very feminine... If this is a joke or not judge for yourself but following the thought it's quite obvious that such features like healthy, self establishing aggressiveness, strong parenting, male leadership are counted as a positive with decreasing frequency.

Today's young man who doesn't annoy anyone and is "politically correct" wears pink shirt, dyes his hair and has got a pair of man boobs (that could very well be a "modern" personal trainer too)… If you compare this current day average Joe to 19th century young cowboy the major difference between them won't be clothes, hair cut or an accent changed through the centuries – it will be the difference in how men they are (the level of testosterone). If the pink shirted guy met the cowboy he would realize one thing for sure – those boobs possessed are well deserved.

Training is not a picnic - train to gain!

Has the current generation guy any chances against this old school cowboy? Yes, he has. Sport should be the way to keep the set of balls in place.

All kind of training stimulates competition, it’s tough and rough – everything needed for the raise/maintenance of the testosterone levels.

Ironically sport and in particular the most efficient one in muscle gain and male hormones level raise – bodybuilding – is responsible for making testosterone rather revolting to the majority of the society. Most steroids are nothing more but a synthetic testosterone and they are abused badly by many athletes, especially bodybuilders... And here we are, with all the negative publicity about this, the pink shirted fellow tells his slightly overweight personal trainer that he doesn’t want to get too much muscle...

Get mean, get big, get strong!

Do all men have to be mean, big, extremely strong? – No.

Still, it is ridiculous to ignore testosterone importance to every man. Basically, male hormones are what make man a man as we know it (knew it..?). It is necessary to stimulate the natural levels of it with extra activities and sports as today’s environment is way too soft and nice, unfortunately.

Choosing your sport and/or personal trainer you will have to ignore stereotypes as the best way to raise testosterone level is to do hardcore, old school weight training, despite the fact that it is surrounded by many myths and "scary" stories.
